29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1)(ii): The employer did not perform frequent and periodic inspections as defined in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section: On or about 11/7/2019, at Assura Windows and Doors LLC, 1543 N Powerline Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. Doors department - A bridge crane (Spanco, 500 lbs) used for lifting glass doors was not inspected for deterioration in hoisting mechanisms, condition of pendant control switch, etc.
