29 CFR 1910.119(n): The employer did not establish and implement an emergency plan for the entire plant in accordance with the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.38: On or before 9/25/2019, In the facility: The company maintains a covered process in that they utilize a refrigeration/ freezer system which maintains over 10,000 pounds of Anhydrous Ammonia. The employer did not implement a comprehensive emergency plan including, but not limited to, procedures to differentiate between large and small releases and the response to them. Employees operate and maintain the facility's Anhydrous Ammonia refrigeration/ freezer system, a covered process. Abatement certification is required for this item.
