29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical and inclined belts shall be enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. a) Employees of Seneca Foods Corporation were exposed to potential caught-in hazards when the vertical drive belts for Unsnipped Bean Reclaimers #6 and #19 were not fully enclosed. b) Employees of Seneca Foods Corporation were exposed to potential caught-in hazards when an inclined drive belt for a vibrating conveyor between the sorting area and French style hoppers in the Final Inspection area was not fully enclosed.
