29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: a. At the blanket ironing area, on or about 9/5/2019: An air circulating fan did not have a path to ground which was permanent and continuous in that the power cord was missing its ground pin. b. In the maintenance room, on or about 9/5/2019: A DeWalt pedestal grinder did not have a path to ground which was permanent and continuous in that the power cord was missing its ground pin. Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.
