29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: a) East Wall of Building #672, Garage Area: An Air Master pedestal fan was missing the ground pin on the end of it's 120 volt electrical cord. b) East Wall of Building #672, Garage Area: A 120 volt extension cord used to power the Air Compressor was found to not have a ground pin at the end of the plug-end.
