OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to electrical and explosion hazards: On or about 7/9/2019, at Burke Brands LLC located at 521 NE 189th Street, Miami, FL 33179, an Electrical Air Dryer (Sinton, Model XTDC-101-8A, Serial Number #S-190529-01) was used for drying coffee beans soaked in Bourbon, creating an enclosed Class 1 Division 2, exposing employees to electrical and explosion hazards.
