29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: On or about May 29, 2019, west side of the oil well site; the employee(s) connected a box fan to a 480 volt electrical breaker box without a panelboard in place while performing oil well servicing work.
