29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of the employees: (a) 1121 N Jefferson St, Jackson MS - On or about May 20, 2019 the employer allowed employees to use a job-built wooden ladder on a wood pole scaffold to reach the edge of the roof, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
