29 CFR 1926.964(b)(9): The employer did not ensure that employees maintained reliable communications, through two-way radios or other equivalent means, between the reel tender and the pulling rig operator. a- Newman Springs Road & GSP Exit 109 North Entranceway, Lincroft NJ: Reel tenders, not having two-way radios, were unable to ensure reliable comminucations between them and the pulling rig operator. On or about 05/20/19. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
