29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i)(B): Temporary wiring was used for a period exceeding 90 days. On or about May 7th, 2019 employees were exposed to hazards related to fires and electrical shock while working where extensions cords were used as permanent wiring for over 90 days: Instance 1: Extension cord spread around the Server Room floor that energizes a fan used to cool the server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Instance 2: Extension cord through the hole in the wall at the Head of the Belt, 200 side of the Conveyor Belt Building, used for the vehicle mechanic and constantly energized for over 6 months Instance 3: Extension cord through the metal door at the Head of the Belt, 200 side of the Conveyor Belt Building, used for the vehicle mechanic and constantly energized for over 6 months
