29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: CHEMICAL STORAGE LOCKER: On or about and at times prior to April 25, 2019, containers of incompatible chemicals were stored together in the Chemical Storage Locker. A 20-liter container of phosphoric acid was stored on top of a 5-gallon container of a flammable liquid containing methanol and 1-butanol.
