29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a) On or about April 6, 2019. employer did not ensure that employees loading and unloading a flatbed truck placed wheel blocks on the trucks prior to loading. Exposing them to struck by hazards and caught in between hazards.
