29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) therein: On or about April 3, 2019,at Stewart Construction, L.L.C, located at 1725 Destrehan Ave. Harvey, LA, the employer allowed employees to transfer Amercoat 65 Thinnerl into a secondary container without the secondary container being marked with an identifying label. The liquid paint thinner is used to wash paint out of a pump.
