29 CFR 1910.305(j)(3)(i): Appliances had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: Work site was located at 6900 Roustein Avenue, Unit 1, North Bergen, NJ 07047 a) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards as an outlet used to power equipment on the south wall of the facility did not have a cover and had exposed electrical contacts that employees could contact during work operations. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019. b) Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards as a washer along the south wall of the facility had a lock solenoid that was partially disassembled exposing employees to live electrical wiring during work operations. Violation was observed on or about March 20, 2019.
