29 CFR 1910.140(d)(3): The employer had not prohibited the use of body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: On or about 3/3/2019, at the rear of the residence site located at 4374 Pleasant Forest Drive, Decatur, GA: Employees were exposed to fall hazards during tree removal at heights greater than 25-feet, where the employer failed to provide a full body harness as part of a complete fall arrest system.
