29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Electrical equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken or bent: a) On or about 03/15/19 in the warehouse area; employees were exposed to contact with electrical current (230 volts AC)when the control panel cover was bent, allowing gaps between the cover the cabinet and the Warning light was broken. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
