29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed. In the metal label department, there was no guard covering the 7 inch chain and the 2 1/2 inch and 5 1/2 inch sprockets on the Boston gear machine exposing employees to the hazard of being caught in chain and sprockets.
