29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.. On 9/26/18, at the Covington facility, employees were exposed to embolism hazards as air guns used for cleaning would not reduce to less than 30 psi when dead ended. Compressed air measured 70 psi.
