This was most recently documented on or about 08/03/18 at 1351 S. Reca Ct, Wichita, Kansas, where an employee was using a 20 inch Craftsman Drill Press (Model 113.213213, SN 9609200009). The employee was exposed in that the drill press was not anchored to keep it from moving while in operation.
