29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) 2nd Floor: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards from a TOM linen tying machine that was missing guards around the pulleys, on or about 5/30/18. b) 2nd Floor: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards from a PAC washing machine that was missing guards around moving parts, on or about 5/30/18. c) 2nd Floor: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards from a IPSO drying machine that was missing guards around moving parts, on or about 5/30/18. d) 2nd Floor: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards from an Jenson Corp Model 382 ironing machine that was missing guards around moving parts, on or about 5/30/18.
