Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either: The employer did not ensure that the containers of products, such as but not limited to hydrochloric acid were labeled with the appropriate identity and hazard warning for employees performing tasks such as, but not limited to cleaning, laboratory testing and manufacturing. Employees were potentially exposed to skin and respiratory inhalation hazards.
