29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. a) Warehouse; On or about May 16, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that the employer failed to provide training to authorized employees to ensure that the employees understood the purpose and the function of the establishment's energy control program for equipment including, but not limited to the Hyd-Mech H-22A (EO83).
