29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) The employer did not close unused openings on electrical equipment. This violation occurred on or about May 9, 2018, and at times prior thereto; in the cable shop, electrical box used to provide power to Harris Baler machine had unused openings at the side of the box.
