29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about 01/30/2018 in the wood shop; where the outer insulation on the power cord for the Invicta shaper and an extension cord used to energize portable electric equipment was pulled away from the cord grip allowing tension to be transmitted to the terminal screws. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
