29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there are potential electrical hazards were not provided with, nor required to use, electrical protective equipment that is appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: Workplace, 55 Hartz Way, Secaucus, NJ The employer did not ensure that employees who work on live energized parts, including but not limited to, live voltage testing of the SM Engineering Co. switch box energized to 208 Volts, used appropriate electrical protective equipment including but not limited to arc flash protective clothing and equipment along with procedures as required by NFPA 70E.
