29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(i): All 15- and 20-ampere attachment plugs and connectors were not constructed so that there are no exposed current-carrying parts except the prongs, blades, or pins: a) Hot Kitchen area, on October 4, 2017, and at times prior, the outer casing of the cord connector for the Silver Star Food Heater was broken and could expose the inner energized parts. b) Hot Kitchen Area, on October 4, 2017, and at times prior, the cord for the Walto Show Food Warmer was partially pulled out of the cord connector exposing energized conductors.
