Current employees, and new employees prior to starting work were not trained on the general safety precautions and specific procedures and safety practices listed in section (e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): At this grain facility, the employer did not provide general safety training, training on specific procedures and safety practices at initial hire and/or annually. This exposed employees to hazards associated with grain handling.
