29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage. The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical and fire hazards. This was most recently documented, on 09/18/17, at the establishment located at 1892 US Hwy 83, Sublette, Kansas. The employer did not ensure the area immediately in front of an electrical circuit breaker panel box was clear of equipment and materials impeding access to the box in the event of an emergency, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
