29 CFR 1910.1027(k)(1): Surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of cadmium: a) Break Area/Lunch room table 3, on or about August 30, 2017, the break room was not maintained in a sanitary condition. b) South Bathroom sink, on or about August 30, 2017, the south bathroom sink area contained cadmium and was not decontaminated. c) South Bathroom floor, on or about August 30, 2017, the floor in the South bathroom floor area contained cadmium and was not decontaminated. d) North Bathroom sink, on or about August 30, 2017, the north bathroom sink area contained cadmium and was not decontaminated. e) North Bathroom floor, on or about August 30, 2017, the north bathroom floor area contained cadmium and was not decontaminated. f) D-Line Work Area, on or about August 30, 2017, the D-Line work area (bench top) closest to break area contained cadmium and was not decontaminated. g) Disassembly Area, on or about August 30, 2017, the floor in the D-Line/Glass floor area in front of the scale contained cadmium and was not decontaminated. h) Disassembly Area, on or about August 30, 2017, the D-Line floor between the D-Line /Glass floor in front of the scale area contained cadmium and was not decontaminated. i) Glass Area, on or about August 30, 2017, the floor in the Glass area next to Torit/sweep out room floor contained cadmium and was not decontaminated. j) Office Area, on or about August 30, 2017, the floor at the entrance to the main office from the disassembly work area contained cadmium and was not decontaminated.
