29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. In the cutting area, employees operated a Ridgid table saw that did not have a self-adjusting hood enclosing the portion of the saw blade above the table, exposing employees to hazards of amputations, laceration, and/or broken bones.
