29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iv): Midrails were not installed at a height approximately midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the platform surface: a) At Lot 87 East Lake Subdivision, Auburn, Alabama: On or about July 20, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to stand and load bricks at the rails of the four buck high scaffold and the fourth buck level did not have a mid-rail installed exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 24 feet to the ground below.
