29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a)1761 Route 9 North, Howell, NJ, 07731- Forklift battery charging area (rear of building): Employees were exposed to accidental startup and arcing hazards when they operated electrical equipment including but not limited to a Square D circuit breaker box containing multiple breakers which were not legibly marked, observed on or about 6/21/17. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
