29 CFR 1926.761(b): The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. (a) Tabor Machine Company: On or about June 16, 2017, and times prior, the employer did not train employees on fall hazards that exist or the procedure to protect themselves, when constructing two steel buildings, up to 30ft. 9 1/16in. above grade.
