29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(i): Receptacles, cord connectors and attachment plugs were not constructed so no receptacles may be installed so as to require an energized attachment plug as its source of supply: On or about May 31, 2017, at the AEKI #2, the employer did not ensure a metal junction box that is manufactured to be permanently mounted was not used as an extension cord. The box was made into extension cord for a temporary electrical source for the AEKI #2. Employees exposed to an electrical shock hazard.
