29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Foam gun department - On or about April 21,2017, employees used a control panel, to control the temperature of the hose. An extension cord was hard wired to the control panel. Strain relief was not provided where the cord was connected to the control panel; the insulated conductors were exposed. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
