29 CFR 1910.213(h)(2): Radial saw(s) used for ripping were not provided with nonkickback fingers or dogs located on both sides of the saw so as to oppose the trust or tendency of the saw to pick up material or throw it back toward the operator: 1) White-wood side, Trim Track saw #1: On or about April 20, 2017, the employer exposed employees to nip point hazards while operating a trim track saw that was not completely enclosed on all sides of the guard.
