29 CFR 1910.68(e)(3): A certification record was not kept of each inspection which includes the date of the inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the man-lift which was inspected. This record of inspection was not made available to the Assistant Secretary of Labor or a duly authorized representative: a) The employer did not ensure that a certification record was being kept of inspections being done on the A-side man-lift located in the South West corner of the grain cleaning room. b) The employer did not ensure that a certification record was being kept of inspections being done on the B-side man-lift located in the basement below the B-Side silos.
