29 CFR 1910.219(c)(3): Vertical or inclined shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform, except maintenance runways, was not enclosed with a stationary casing in accordance with requirements of paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section: On or about April 20th, in the Boiler Room, maintenance employees were exposed to injuries when servicing the Lightnin Mixers due to the lack of guarding on the vertical rotating shafts.
