29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(i): Clean change rooms were not provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators: Lead Wave Solder Area; On or about 3/22/17, employees working in the lead wave solder area were not provided a change room. When working in this area an employee was exposed to an 8-hr TWA of 0.2711 mg/m3 of lead, which is 5.4 times over the PEL. Employees wore street clothes and shoes with a smock for product protection.
