29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a. On or about 02/28/2017 in the install shop, employees were exposed to a caught in hazards, in that, the torque pulleys belts on the 5 head Gang drill presses were exposed . The pulleys were 6 ft. 5 in. from the walking working surface while drilling holes in metal parts .
