29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about February 22, 2017, employees were exposed to fire hazards when fire extinguishers where employees walk and work were blocked by materials: a. The fire extinguisher next the right exit on the back wall was not accessible due to material blocking access to the area b. The fire extinguisher next to the left exit on the back wall had a fan in front of it. c. The fire extinguisher next to the door from the office had a container in front of it. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
