29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(i): Compressed gas cylinders were not kept away from radiators and other sources of heat: On or about January 17,2017, cylinders containing compressed gases such as, but not limited to, oxygen, acetylene, propane and argon were stored approximately 3.5 - 5 ft. away from an overhead industrial heater that had an open flame.
