29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with, and did not use, electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: a/ Inside of the North Plant, specifically at the Cargo Finish Department, employee(s) performing maintenance on Panel G, a circuit breaker panel box, were not provided with suitable electrical protective equipment. The employee(s) wore only a face shield and leather gloves while testing Panel G to determine if electrical energy was present.
