29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(iii)(B): The employer did not ensure that assigned fire watchers had fire extinguisher equipment readily available and were trained in its use: a. 21 Edgeboro Road, East Brunswick, NJ - Maintenance Shop The employer did not provide training for the use of fire extinguishers. Employees engaged in the welding of garbage containers and other equipment used oxygen/acetylene cutting torches and other welding equipment. The employees acted as the fire watch and were not provided training in the use of fire extinguishers. Violation observed on or about December 21, 2016
