29 CFR 1910.254(b)(4)(iv): Terminals for welding leads were not protected from accidental contact by personnel or metal objects: The employer is failing to protect the welder from electrical shock hazards. This was most recently documented on 11/17/16 at the establishment in the Welding Room located at 15 SW. 40 Ave in Great Bend KS. An employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the terminals were not covered to keep the welder from coming in contact with the terminal connections on the Idealarc 250 Stick Welder, SN-661381.
