29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was in a passageway or general open space and was not suitably guarded when normally enclosed live parts were exposed for inspection or servicing: The employer does not ensure that the working space around electrical equipment is used for storage. The employer allowed the storage of materials, such as but not limited to, boxes 5 gallon buckets and old parts adjacent to the electrical panels, inside the MCC room.
