29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was in a passageway or general open space and was not suitably guarded when normally enclosed live parts were exposed for inspection or servicing: The employer does not ensure that the working space around electrical equipment is used for storage. The storage of materials, such as but not limited to, mop bucket, pipes pieces, industrial fans, boxes and ladders adjacent to the electrical panels, inside the engine room in the following electrical panels: 1. Panel Boards inside the engine room marked as #2 (High Voltage 480V) 2. Panel Boards inside the engine room marked as #3 (High Voltage 480V) 3. Panel Boards inside the engine room marked as #4 (High Voltage 480V) 4. Panel Boards inside the engine room marked as #7 (High Voltage 480V) 5. Panel Board marked as Power supply from panel No. 3 (Inlet Water Pump had hammer in ON position.)
