29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(ii): Inspection and testing procedures did not follow recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. On or about August 9th 2016 in the Multi-Purpose Unit at Arkema, Inc. located in Crosby, TX, the employer data did not include minimum thickness/required thickness and establish corrosion rates according to recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices, such as America Petroleum Institute (API) 510 section 5 and 7 (Pressure Vessel Code: In-service Inspection, Rating, Repair, and Alteration). Equipment include but is not limited to the following: a) Hydrogen Peroxide T-63, constructed 2013 (P&ID CR-30-X-0012 Rev. D) b) Sulfur Dioxide T-19, constructed in 1978 (P&ID CR 17-X-0017 Rev. D) c) Reactor KC-1, constructed in 1992 (P&ID CR-30-X-0104 Rev.B ) d) Isobutylene/T-Amylene Sulfation Tank T-24, constructed in 1993 (P&ID CR-X-0203 Rev. E)
