29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. At the west side of the south building, employees were exposed to a fall hazard up to 23 feet high, in that, no fall protection was used when working on the two balconies of the first floor and on the three balconies of the second floor, on or about 07/07/2016.
