This condition was last observed on and about 05/05/16, at 16051 MO-HWY 47, Marthasville, MO 63357. Inside of Building #1, specifically the Machine Shop, the rotating parts belonging to the Jet 15-Inch Bench Drill Press, m/n J-2530, s/n 354401, were unguarded. b/ The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation hazards. This condition was last observed on and about 05/05/16, at 16051 MO-HWY 47, Marthasville, MO 63357. Inside of Building #1, specifically the Machine Shop, the rotating parts belonging to the Shiguya Cylindrical Grinding Machine, m/n G-30, s/n GUP-30-60, were unguarded. c/ The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation hazards.
